It seems to me he took the design from Dohko Libra… yep it is Libra, the diferrence is in the Helmet which is a foot soldier version of the spartan helmet. But still cool =D
The Internetz and its people never cease to amaze me. It IS the Libra armor!! I was gonna draw the Sagittarius one, but I thought, nah, too recognizable. And then people pinpoint it a few minutes into the day. Oh well, I tried!
Either way you managed to portray the armor quite awesomely, note excesively shiny like in the series but good enough to let you see the armorish nature of it. Congrats
The shoulders of Libra are pretty recognizable, if you´ve altered them I’d just be thinking I’ve seen that torso somewhere. But this comes from a person that has seen saint seiya since he was… mmm… I think 8 years old…

BTW, now that the writer picked the look of what it seems to be a mythical warrior from the ancient Greek gods from the amazing anime Saint Seiya, I want to share that I’m trying to buy all the seasons of “Los Caballeros del Zodiaco”, but I refuse to pay 200 dls for 20 episodes!!!
